Also just because it's not fancy/pretty does not mean it's not clean. I've never seen anything unprofessional or unsanitary during my visits. Reviews complaining about the sign above the toilet asking not to flush tissues--this is New York City, there are a lot of old buildings with plumbing issues. "I have been seeing Dr. Rafalin for the last 14 years he saw me through the pregnancy of my 2nd child and has been a main stay in my life since. He is clear in his communication, easy to deal with, his staff is amazing very warm, make sure appointments stay on time and address any issues with insurance immediately. I am uncomfortable during my annuals, I just don't like them, he makes them very easy on me which I appreciate. He has helped me through child birth, my annuals as well as cosmetic procedures. I highly recommend him!
