I know how difficult it is to talk through a N-95 mask- but he stayed the course and explained thoroughly my situation and workup. He referred me to audiologist upstairs (Oriental K) and I was able to get audiology test ASAP. Overall, I saw Dr. Wu and had hearing test within 2 hours. And I made the appointment today and got that expedient same day service!
