"I had some hearing issues that were quite worrisome. Dr. Zhenqing Brett Wu's office (Esther) squeezed me in for same day appointment. Wait time was great. Dr. Wu was extremely professional, thorough and explained in depth the possibilities with me. I know how difficult it is to talk through a N-95 mask- but he stayed the course and explained thoroughly my situation and workup. He referred me to audiologist upstairs (Oriental K) and I was able to get audiology test ASAP. Overall, I saw Dr. Wu and had hearing test within 2 hours. And I made the appointment today and got that expedient same day service!

"Wow! Was my 1st reaction to meeting this doctor. I have been around long enough to know the real deal and this gentleman is the real deal. Very intelligent, Very personable, attentive, detail oriented, down to earth, calm, cool, it was an instant connection. I had many questions and concerns prior to my surgery he took so many of my calls himself. He was very straight forward and transparent about what I should expect from the very beginning, we went over those expectations in great detail, going back and forth until I felt like we both were on the same page as far as how it should all go down on the day of the surgery. He made me feel like I was participating in the decisions, I felt really connected. This doctor's energy is palatable, bright, warm and positive. There is no doubting this surgeon, he is at the top of his game! Post surgery, I could not believe the outcome! I couldn't find my own scar! He hid it so well, my recovery was shorter in duration than I expected, no side effects! His office staff is like the dream team, appointments, surgical scheduling, easy to call and speak with, they get to know you quickly, help you with every step of planning and additional questions and always can reach the doctor if you need him to call you! Great job! Great experience! I could go on and on but I think you get my point here! Good luck to you all you future patients!!
