The girl at the front desk was yelling at me because I had the wrong referral but they called me an hour before and I explained what I had and they said come. I never met the doctor but that girl at the front desk gives you a horrible impression about this practice and based on the other 20 reviews on their main listing about the same thing I have no clue why she still works there. Maybe she should just bill and leave the human interaction to someone more qualified.

"We saw a doctor, who didn't even take the time to look at what kind of acne my daughter has, you explained to her that her skin is very sensitive and that she can't use strong products and the first thing I send her is the strongest thing I can give her. It would make her face worse, you go to the dermatologist to help you improve, not worse, using retinol on a 14-year-old girl is fatal, my worst experience in this office…
