"Dr. Kupfer is an exceptional doctor. She is caring and patient, especially with seniors such as myself. I am 77 years old and not very technically aware. Though she is completely tech savvy with the latest equipment developments in Audiology. She gave me as much time as I needed until I felt comfortable with the adjustments. Knowing she is only a phone call away is a great comfort. I highly recommend her."

"Dr. Dassan Ali is a compassionate, sincere and respectful audiologist. My father was having a difficult time adjusting to his hearing aid where he purchased elsewhere. Dr. Ali made sure to reshape and reprogram them to the best of his ability in order for my father to feel comfortable using it. He was very patient and took his time to make sure my father was satisfied. We are very grateful and appreciate all that he did!"

"My hearing aid broke, without notifying me the office that I have gone to for years closed. My hearing loss is severe, I didn’t know what to do, I contacted my audiologist, and she highly recommended I make an appointment with Dr. Ali at Audiological Diagnostics.
The person that answered the phone, Mirvit, was very kind, she spoke clearly, and loud enough for me to hear her, and she patiently listened to my problem. I needed help as soon as possible, having a broken hearing aid was affecting my work, and all areas of my life. She checked Dr. Ali’s schedule, and was able to make room for an urgent visit. She also told me that if I had any other questions that I should not hesitate to call her back. I did have additional questions, called her, and she had the answers and encouraged me.
When I walked into the office, I immediately noticed how clean it is, everything is organized, and I was checked in right away. Dr. Ali introduced himself, and the first thing he said was, “How can I help you?” I explained what had happened. He really listened and did not rush me. Then he said, “I can help you.” Then he explained what the problem was, with information that I could understand. He was able to repair the hearing aid!! It was such a huge relief!
Then, Dr. Ali asked me some questions, the first was, if I had trouble hearing on the phone. My answer, “Yes, all the time!” He told me that my type of hearing aids came with an app that would connect to my phone. He said that he would set it up with me, explained how it would work, he called me so that we could also adjust the volume. It was amazing!! It has changed my life in so many ways! I don’t have to struggle to hear when I answer the phone inside or outside. I could have had this option for a long time, and the other doctor never let me know.
Dr. Ali could see that my ear molds were hard, I told him that they hurt. He told me that my insurance would cover new molds that were made out of a softer material, and he was right. The other doctor never told me that, and I had been very uncomfortable for a long time!
It is very rare to find a doctor that is both knowledgeable about different types of hearing problems, technical aspects, and really cares! When, Dr. Ali said he would help me he meant it!"

Google review for Dr. Hadassah Kupfer

Dec 30, 2021•Jay Terline
Dr. I highly recommend her.
Google review for Dr. Dassan Ali

Jun 27, 2022•Umjad
Dr. We are very grateful and appreciate all that he did!
