"Today was my second visit with Dr. Dennis Karter. I was with my last pcp for more than 20 years but a change in his practice made it necessary for me to find a new doc. I did a lot of research on doctors in my area, read reviews, checked around, even looked at profile pictures -- all that plus instinct told me to go with Dr. K. I am happy to say I found someone I feel comfortable with. He is friendly, accessible, thorough, courteous, has a genuine smile, and does little helpful things like making quick notes on a sticky about things we discussed for me to remember. And he looks at you when you talk and really listens!

He is associated with NYU Langone and connected to hospital's MyChart app. This is great, because I can send a message through the app and Dr. Mandell is quick to respond.

Once I got sick while on vacation, called her office and had a prescription transmitted to the local pharmacy immediately, although it was in Puerto Rico.
