"I absolutely love this doctor he is cool and calm so it works for me because I'm always everywhere he explains everything as you needed and he listens something you don't get. he is not snooty like other doctors or uptight which I love!! And the girls in the front are absolutely awesome I love them!! I have been going to this clinic for years now and they always treat me the same way with courtesy and respect totally love them!!!

"Dr. Remy is an adequate G.I.; however, my experience as a patient was full of difficulties and issues. Most of the time, I felt ignored and neglected by one of the Receptionist who stated that her name was, “Evetta” and some other staff at the front desk when attending my scheduled appointments. The level of service was poor unprofessional and communication practices of staff (to patient) and the responsiveness of staff in this medical clinical environment was singled out as a weakness in the system that need to be improved. It felt very difficult and inconvenient to engage with staff that showed “no eye contact” when I really needed to ask significant questions of high importance regarding my health and especially in attempt to attain my medication refills. For example, due to staff’s negligence and unresponsive ness I have currently been out of my very important medication for weeks (This occurred within several periods of time..smh). Ultimately, I transitioned my medical treatment services to another G.I. medical clinic under Mount Sinai and which resulted as a great decision where I am receiving better quality service and attention towards my health and condition.

"Far from perfect. He has WAY too many patients, so you wait for hours to be seen. Even though you make an appointment, it means nothing. And even when you're being seen, you feel rushed just so he can see as many people as possible.

"My father recently was seen by the doctor and got his endoscopy here but both staff and doctor were great. There was barely any wait time and the front desk staff was very friendly. Dr. Hyun is a great doctor and I would definitely recommend him.
