"Visited the office July 31. Was accommodated in a professional, friendly and intelligent way by the receptionist and Dr. Aviva Kogan even though they knew they had little chance of making a sale. Dr. Kogan graceously took her time to answer all the questions to my satisfaction. It was certainly a pleasant and informing visit. I most definitely recommend this service to anybody. Very happy this office is only one block from my house.

"I have been a patient of Dr. Roufos for nearly 10 years.
I was 62 when I had my first appointment. I had significant hearing loss but was hesitant to get hearing aids. I felt they were for old people and I was embarrassed to wear them. Since I also wear glasses she asked if I was embarrassed about wearing glasses. She immediately put me at ease.
She worked with my insurance plan to find the best hearing aids with minimal out-of-pocket cost to me. It has been my experience since then that she suggests the best possible solution while being aware of the patient’s financial situation.
She is well versed in the latest products from various manufacturers. She is up-to-date on all the latest technology.
I have been to all 3 of her offices. The staff is friendly. I always feel like a family member and not a patient.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Roufos.
