The wait time was long and front desk could use some improvement, but my interaction was Dr. Leonardi was professional, helpful, and productive. I sought her out due to health issues/symptoms I could not identify. She ordered a round of tests and then, during our tele-health follow-up, spent the better part of an hour going through every result to ensure I understood. The Dr. at no point made me feel the need to be worried or embarrassed by my symptoms and though she couldn't provide a definitive diagnosis, she provided a list of resources for me including referrals and a prescription. A lot of doctors in the city seem to rush you in-and-out, but I found this "bedside manner" to be refreshing.
