She blew off an appointment 5 days ago, didn't do a follow-up visit after initial hospitalization and got us sitting by the phone now for when I was waiting for her to call at 2:00 p.m. it's now 3:10 p.m. and we still haven't heard from her. Terrible

"I have spoken to the same person twice and not only does she *hate* her job, which I understand, but she makes it known she hates her job and you are making her life miserable and difficult by calling.
I think I prefer dying and having heart pain than calling this place. The audible sighs, the grunting... because I asked to make an appointment...
