We establish expectations on cost with the patient by generating a Certainly Price Protection package with out-of-pocket costs for all services.
2. We securely save the patient’s payment method
Before the visit or while they check-in, patients will be required to accept the package with a payment method (saved securely in Stripe).
3. You receive 100% of the patient responsibility in days
Within 3-5 days of the appointment, the patient gets charged based on the CPT codes they were billed for.
