"Dr. Hu is very gentle, patient, and answers all questions throughly. Her bedside manners are great. She has addressed my skin concerns through follow up sessions. I would recommend this doctors to others-- including my friends & family.
The office can get busy at times, but other than the first time hiccup where they forgot to call my name and I had to wait 20-25 mins extra, after I mentioned it to the front desk, they took care of it and called me right away.
Generally, they triage the patients pretty quickly, but make sure you make appt in advance as Dr. Hu gets booked out quickly. This office's customer service/front desk is pretty good as well!

Dr. Zang is amazing, shes very patient, understanding and empathetic she answers all questions and takes the time to listen to your needs. She also clearly outlines what you need to do based on your needs so there is no confusion. The staff is very courteous and professional as well as friendly. Everyone is on point with what they need to do so the transition and workflow is very smooth. I could not have visited a better establishment and I 10000000% recommend this place for your needs. I will be visiting again.

"I didn’t see the reviews on their other listing and if I did I would have never went here. This place is the rudest doctors office I have ever been to. The girl at the front desk was yelling at me because I had the wrong referral but they called me an hour before and I explained what I had and they said come. I never met the doctor but that girl at the front desk gives you a horrible impression about this practice and based on the other 20 reviews on their main listing about the same thing I have no clue why she still works there. Maybe she should just bill and leave the human interaction to someone more qualified.

"I saw Dr. Shaigany on a recommendation and was extremely happy with her. Good explanations, good bedside manner. She actually took the time to call me herself to clear up a subsequent minor point of confusion. Very pleased overall.
