He didn’t just give me a referral to another doctor but he called them and had them call me the same day to schedule an appointment with me. He followed up after my appointment and has always promptly answered any questions I have sent. My entire family loves Dr. Serouya!

"Maimonedes Medical Center is well known for treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Center is not very spacious yet provides quality services and employment to surrounding communities. Pediatric ER lacks enough space but still provides effective service. Doctors, nurses, administrative staff and technicians were super friendly.

"Office rarely picks up phone and girl is hasty with a rude tone. I come in for my visit and they say I can't show them my test results on my laptop even though they do have Wi-Fi. I run to the copy center and it takes 40 minutes to get these copies of my results I have to show. the people sitting in that office, don't get me started but the behavior is not at its best level of having sense and manners. not coming back, plenty of other doctors under my insurance.

"Doctor with zero knowledge does not even speak clearly neither English or Russian. “I don’t really know what’s it about but you can keep taking your pills”, the just answer I got after he reviewed my tests results. However, I was told to make the follow up appointment in 6 weeks.

"I am saddened to hear reviews that do not reflect who Dr. OTTERBECK is. You can't duplicate this very special man, who looks at your face when he speaks with you, takes the time to steer me through some rough waters recently. He cares. Maybe too much, and that is why he is so darn good.
His staff is all business and this sometimes can appear to be rude. I get the other reviewers thoughts about the people behind the scenes.
My biggest gripe is actually speaking with the ladies at their desks.
