"Dr Alexiadis is okay, pretty quiet overall and saw me for maybe five minutes. And then she left me in the room for like 30 minutes and they all apparently forgot about me while the medical technician was at lunch, so 45 minutes waiting for this lady and she comes in and asks me to repeat every single thing I had just told the dr because no one had entered the info yet. Data entry on my time after I waited for all that?! And repeating my whole medical history a third time cuz it was on the papers I filled out beforehand too! I walked out and they haven’t even bothered to contact me to apologize or send me my lab referrals. If you’re such a small practice that you can’t be fully staffed, then you shouldn’t make appointments at that time. It’s all so disrespectful. I don’t even think they should be allowed to bill my insurance because I received no care. They’re suppose to provide care.

Dr. Fauzia is the most compassionate and hands on doctor I have ever met in my life. She patiently listens to my health problems and she gets straight to the diagnosis without wasting any time or letting my condition get worsened.
Her office is always very clean and organized, her staffs are very well mannered.
Just being in the presence of such a caring doctor, starts making me feel better before my treatment even starts.
