I asked for the reason if I had insurance that they take and they told me they do not need to discuss that information with me. I was told they reached out to where I was referred to and had spoken for them to advise which I was never called. I have never in my life been denied services while having insurance. This place is horrible and will be reported to DOH!

Dr. Baez didn't ask me any questions pertaining to how I felt or thought (after not having had a physical in over 3 years). She said "I was lucky to be seen by her because she's so busy". I left angry and highly disappointed. If I didn't NEED paperwork done for work asap I would've left as soon as I got there.
