"Dr Hoffman has been treating me since I was 12 years old...almost 40 years and in that time, he’s the only doctor that I have ever been to that actually listens to you when you speak! He also is the only dr that actually CARES about each of his patients!! He is a genuine and (sometimes brutally) honest dr who tells it like it is! He’s also the only dr that has ever been able to help me and properly diagnose any problems you might have! All I can say is he is the best!!! 😊

"I am saddened to hear reviews that do not reflect who Dr. OTTERBECK is. You can't duplicate this very special man, who looks at your face when he speaks with you, takes the time to steer me through some rough waters recently. He cares. Maybe too much, and that is why he is so darn good.
His staff is all business and this sometimes can appear to be rude. I get the other reviewers thoughts about the people behind the scenes.
My biggest gripe is actually speaking with the ladies at their desks.

He didn’t just give me a referral to another doctor but he called them and had them call me the same day to schedule an appointment with me. He followed up after my appointment and has always promptly answered any questions I have sent. My entire family loves Dr. Serouya!

"Maimonedes Medical Center is well known for treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Center is not very spacious yet provides quality services and employment to surrounding communities. Pediatric ER lacks enough space but still provides effective service. Doctors, nurses, administrative staff and technicians were super friendly.
