After calling the office, the Dr. offered me an appointment right away..Dr. Castellano spent time treating my condition and prescribing medication. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the next steps and his office staff was efficient and respectful. I will re omend Dr. Castellano' and his staff 100%.

"She is my gastroenterologist for 5-6 years now. I love Dr.Malieckal. She's one of the best gastroenterologists I ever had seen before. As soon as I met her I felt comfortable with her. She didn`t force me to go for a endoscopy.
She made me feel comfortable so she can examine me. She made me feel comfortable by setting up the exam chair/table in order to have me lay down for the examination. She is a doctor that has lovely bedside manners, listens to my questions and concerns. Dr.Malieckal has helped me with all my gastroenterology problems. I see her in both offices depending on the available day and times of the appointment. I really highly recommend Dr.Malieckal to anyone having any gastroenterology issues.

"Not understanding any of the negative reviews. My entire visit was wonderful. I was taken right on time, all the staff were very kind. Great Covid precautions. Dr. Chen was extremely pleasant and took his time with me. He addressed all my concerns and did a very thorough exam. He was much better than any other ENT doctor I’ve ever seen. He was also very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend this office. I even made an appointment online the day before.

Not only was he understanding of my concerns but also comforting before, during and after surgery making sure my level of pain was minimal and reassuring. My nose was broken for 7 years before I decided to finally fix it and it was the best decision. Healing was super fast!
