"Dr Chan is one of the nicest Dr's that I have ever been too. The staff is friendly and the receptionist area when you come in is very clean, the inner offices are also very clean. The all around atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. Thank you Dr Chan for great visit.

"Dr. Kupfer is an exceptional doctor. She is caring and patient, especially with seniors such as myself. I am 77 years old and not very technically aware. Though she is completely tech savvy with the latest equipment developments in Audiology. She gave me as much time as I needed until I felt comfortable with the adjustments. Knowing she is only a phone call away is a great comfort. I highly recommend her.
