"This is one of the worst offices I have ever been to in my life , they don’t stick to appointments time you have to wait about 5 hours just to been seen , the secretary is very nasty and rude the guy, there is absolutely no customer service and the doctors have no bed side manners. This place needs a better system.bathrooms are filthy.

"This is office is great aside from the barking dog on top of the unit. Great fast check up, doctor abbey and Emmanuel are great healthcare providers. They accepted my 1199 insurance and changed the lab when I requested it. The staff is smart and kind. I recommend you come here.

"Dr. Khesina is amazing !
Great Doctor and has a human touch, she really cares for the patients, therefore the wait is always an issue even if you have an appointment.
If you are sick they will try to accomodate you, but be ready to wait for a few hours.
Worth the wait!

"This office is one of the BEST office. They are all very friendly and welcoming. The front desk lady named Suraya is very good. I am so glad to see her everytime I go because she is very sweet. I definitely recommend this medical care to everyone. You will NOT regret your experience here. Very clean and careful they are during this COVID time.

"2 things about this doctor. First she is knowledgeable and never takes the problem of the patient lightly. You can be sure, she will never cut of the appointment before she understand your problem. That creates a problem, though - sometimes it is a long wait. I, personally, prefer a good doctor to a short wait.
The other good thing about doctor Khandros - she really knows good specialist to refer to. This is a rarity in Brooklyn, where good specialist are not common and local family doctors usually don't know much about Manhattan. I never had such a good doctor in NY before.
