That is one of the most important things with Doctor Patient visits.
Dr. Townsend was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions concerning my physical issues.
I left Columbia Hospital with a great confidence that the issues at hand would be remedied.
I will continue to go to Doctor Townsend as my Orthopedic and I have Recommended others to her as well.in fact one of my colleagues said that their visit with her was excellent!

She is professional, amicable, courteous, and thorough (my specialty is Podiatry; I'm not an expert in back or shoulder but I have enough background medical knowledge to know that she's thorough!) Her treatment plans are well-informed, comprehensive, and cost-conscious. Whenever possible, she outlines multiple treatment options with relative advantages and disadvantages. I will continue to see Dr. Brown and the rest of the PM&R staff for whatever musculoskeletal issues may plague me in the future.

"Good place. They do much more than most therapy clinic. Usually you have 45 to 1 hr treatment. With them you have 1:30 of therapy. Actually physical therapy with someone helping you, hot pad with electric waves, massage and acupuncture, all in one session. I love it.

Unlike many other doctors who try to rush you out the door as fast as possible, Dr. Lin sat down with me, took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, and made sure that all my questions and concerns were taken care of. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for any concerns regarding the spine.
