"I was a long time patient of Dr Vincent Rappa, another general physician in the area who has stopped practicing. This caused me a lot of anxiety because it is so hard to find a doctor where you aren’t just a number or an insurance claim payment. (I say that as a dental practice manager myself!) I asked around to see if anyone I knew had a recommendation for a GP and no one close to me had an alternative they recommended. So many people nowadays don’t even have a family physician and found themselves just going to an urgent care facility when they have a problem. Then, I turned to the Forest Hills Facebook group to see if anyone knew someone they trusted. There was an overwhelming positive response regarding Dr’s Arnold and Russell Weg. After doing some research, I made an appointment. I happened to show up on the date of the appointment in tears because I was upset at the fact that I hadn’t been feeling well and I was incredibly frustrated and scared. I met with Dr Russell Weg. He presented himself as such a caring, down to earth and genuinely concerned with your health kind of guy. It sounds like it should not be rare, but it is! He spent a lot of time with me getting to know me and going over all my concerns. When I left the office after having such a positive experience, I recommended him to all my family and friends. Now, my husband, my brother and my friend all come here. They have also all had great experiences. Can’t recommend enough! Thanks, Dr Weg! Keep up the great standard of care!
