The Physician Assistant Jacqueline Shay did the endoscopy without any pain. They did their best in the treatment and helped me in recovery as good and soon as possible. Beyond impressed with the great quality of care and efficiency of care that delivered. All in all, I highly recommend this clinic for all your ENT needs. Appreciate.

"I had some hearing issues that were quite worrisome. Dr. Zhenqing Brett Wu's office (Esther) squeezed me in for same day appointment. Wait time was great. Dr. Wu was extremely professional, thorough and explained in depth the possibilities with me. I know how difficult it is to talk through a N-95 mask- but he stayed the course and explained thoroughly my situation and workup. He referred me to audiologist upstairs (Oriental K) and I was able to get audiology test ASAP. Overall, I saw Dr. Wu and had hearing test within 2 hours. And I made the appointment today and got that expedient same day service!
Beyond impressed with the quality of care and efficiency of care delivered. I highly recommend this practice for all your ENT needs. It's no surprise this place is the #1 highest rated google place in Flushing!

"This guy decided to have a temper tantrum after he poorly planned and incorrectly timed my blood test. He was persistently rude, and would have a nurse communicate with me in the waiting room (directly outside his office, where I could see him lounging around) instead of talking to me face to face like a human being. If you like being yelled at for the mistakes of other people, and being treated as a mere annoyance during every visit, then he is your guy!
