Certainly partners with top providers across NYC to offer Exclusive Certainly Discounts. These negotiated discounts ensure you get the highest quality care at the best price possible.
Who is eligible for Exclusive Certainly Discounts?
You must book your first appointment with a provider as a new patient through Certainly to access Exclusive Certainly Discounts. If you have previously seen the provider without booking through Certainly, they may choose not to apply the discount.
How do Exclusive Certainly Discounts work?
After booking a provider offering an Exclusive Certainly Discount, you’ll receive a QR code. At your appointment, show the code to the provider. If you chose “Pay Now” during checkout, the code shows the provider you’ve paid and redeems your purchase at the discounted rate. If you chose “Pay Later” during checkout, the code applies your discount before charging your card.
What is the difference between Pay Now and Pay Later?
When you “Pay Now,” you pay at the time of booking to redeem the best available discount for your treatment. Your credit card is charged immediately, and a QR code is generated for you to show at your appointment.
When you “Pay Later,” you do not pay anything at the time of booking your appointment. You only pay if you receive treatment at the office. You’ll receive a QR code to apply your Pay Later discount at the office, but the Pay Later discount usually won’t be as high as the Pay Now discount.
How are treatments redeemed when choosing to Pay Now?
When you choose to “Pay Now,” you’re able to access the best available discount for treatments with the provider. The price you pay is credited toward any treatment with that discount applied. Your credit is directly tied to the dollar amount paid, rather than a specific treatment (e.g. the defined number of units of Botox). This means that your payment covers the cost of the treatment you receive in that visit.
For example, if you pay $800, and during your visit you redeem $500 of treatment, the remaining $300 of value will be credited toward future visits.
How does my provider know I've paid upfront?
Show your QR code to the provider at your appointment, which will redeem your purchase.
What happens if I add additional treatment beyond what I paid upfront?
During your consultation with the provider, if you decide to change or add treatment beyond what you prepaid (for example, adding additional Botox units or changing to filler), your upfront payment acts as credit towards your final treatment cost. The Pay Later discount will apply to any remaining charges.
What happens if my treatment costs less than what I paid upfront?
If your treatment costs less than what you paid upfront, the remaining dollar value will be credited to your Certainly account. You can use this credit towards future bookings with any eligible providers on Certainly, not just the one you booked.
Can I use any leftover credits with other providers?
Yes, leftover credits can be applied to other eligible providers on Certainly. Note that prices may vary between providers, so the same treatment may have a different cost with a new provider.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule my appointment after booking with Pay Now?
In both situations, your payment is non-refundable, but it acts as Certainly credit for future bookings. You can use your credit for a rescheduled appointment with the same provider, or you can apply it to appointments with other eligible providers on Certainly.
Which providers offer Pay Now options?
Only providers offering Exclusive Certainly Discounts have Pay Now options. When browsing for providers, if a discount is shown, then you can Pay Now.
Where can I see my remaining credit balance?
Visit your Dashboard to view your remaining credit balance.
Do credits expire?
Your credit is valid until the expiration date specified at the time of your original payment
Prices and Policies
Why would my actual treatment and cost differ from the prices I see?
Upon evaluating your specific condition, the provider may do more or fewer services that could change the final cost.
The predicted total shown is for services often done during similar patient visits with the same visit reason.
How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?
Simply Log In or Sign up with the email you used to book the appointment. View your Appointments to cancel or reschedule. Links to cancel or reschedule an appointment can also be found in your confirmation email.
What is the cancellation policy?
Every provider has their own cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies. You will see the policy when you book your appointment and in your confirmation email. If necessary, you will be liable to pay any cancellation fees.

How do referrals work?
Share your referral link with a friend / family member
Your friend gets referral credit When your friend creates an account using your referral link, they will receive the referral credit towards any cosmetic treatment booked through Certainly.

Yes, your friend needs to be a new Certainly user to be eligible for a referral.
What actions do my friends need to take?
Your friends should use your referral link to sign up. Then they will receive credit in their account to use for their first cosmetic appointment booked through Certainly.
When will I receive my referral credit?
You will receive your referral credit after your friend has paid for their cosmetic treatment from a provider booked on Certainly.
What can I use my Certainly credit for?
Your credit can be applied towards any provider booked on Certainly for cosmetic treatments. Cosmetic treatments are any services not covered by health insurance, such as Botox (including forehead, TMJ, hyperhidrosis, etc.), fillers, microneedling, and similar treatments.
You can use your credit for any new client visits or for any provider you've previously booked through Certainly.
Before completing your booking with a provider, you will see a confirmation of whether or not you can apply your credit.
How do I redeem my credit?
Exclusive Certainly Discount Providers For providers offeringExclusive Certainly Discounts, you will receive a QR code after booking. Present this QR code to the provider to have your credit automatically applied.
Other Providers For all other providers, please send a receipt of your treatment to support @certainlyhealth.com after your appointment. We will then send you an Amazon gift card within 24 hours.
How can I see how many credits I have?
Go to “My Dashboard” from your account page. You’ll see your total credit amount there.
What should I do if my credit doesn’t apply correctly?
