My only complaint is it can be hard to get an appointment but that's very common with doctors in NYC from my experience.

She listens, is personable, knowledgable and thorough so occasionally there can be a longer wait because she doesn't chase a patient requiring more attention out of her office. She is very reasonable in her approach and willing to adjust treatment regimen for the best outcome.
I never had any issues with appointment bookings or prescription refills. I was even able to get one while she was on vacation and she even helped me in an emergency situation on a weekend with a lab requisition.
