Good place. They do much more than most therapy clinic. Usually you have 45 to 1 hr treatment. With them you have 1:30 of therapy. Actually physical therapy with someone helping you, hot pad with electric waves, massage and acupuncture, all in one session. I love it.

Injured my shoulder skiing. After going here twice a week for about 2 months I was all better! The staff are all very nice and friendly. They took really good care of me. Front desk will even call you to remind you the day before you have an appointment. Well ran and professional. Highly recommend.

Islamophobic and racist massage therapist named Alexander. I asked him why he immigrated to the US as a part of small talk during my 3rd appointment with him as he liked to talk about his experiences, his last immigration was from Israel a while back. His response lead to him going on and on about how Muslims are violent, and want to kill people to get into heaven, and how much of terrorists Palestinians are. I tried to interject to express that some people choose violence, but it's not the religion/the people, this didn't work, he doubled down and insisted it is a violent religion and so are the people. So I shut my mouth and let him finish the massage. I was raised in a Muslim household and I am Palestinian. I don't think he knew this, but as I laid there uncovered, I felt incredibly unsafe and vulnerable, if I said anything he didn't like or maybe confronted him with my identity, who knows what he would do or say. My body is not in good shape, I have health conditions and I was scared of what he could do to me considering his views on people like me and my family. As soon as he left the room, I got dressed and left without finishing my PT appointment because of this.
Today I called and tried to express this to the receptionist at this office. She didn't even acknowledge what happened, she didn't ask me any details, she changed my massage therapist, verified my next appointments and said bye. Like it never happened, or like either this was normal or just unimportant when it comes to this office's patients.
I'm not going to tell you if this is the PT office for you, but this is my experience and I don't feel like they genuinely care about patients here if they don't care about how their staff treats their patients or if they're being professional.

Dr. Xiao just prescribes physical therapy and depends on her team almost exclusively. Some staffs barely speaks English, VERY little communication. Beds are cramped into the same room that are separated with curtains only. No privacy, can hear everyone's conversation and complaints. Electro stimulation machines are set up in the hall way and preformed by staff that doesn't seem to have a medical background. Overall look like a medicaid mill. Does not recommend.

This is a money hunting place. Would never recommend.......I had a X-ray last week and was told by one of the staffs that the report was back to Dr. Xiao's office yesterday. I asked if they could talk to me about the report over the phone. The lady who called me said no, i have to physically appear to speak with Dr. Xiao. I took an half day off and came to the office, paid the copay of $20.They ended up having an assistant to talk to me about the report in 2 minutes.
