Horrible service. No heat in waiting room. Has patients freezing while doctor does not even show up until hours after appointment time. Have been sitting here since 4:30 and it is 7pm now. Doesn’t see patients in order. Worst experience. Disregards everything you say and disrespectful.

The management is so poor that they give you appointment for 1 pm but sees you at 6 pm for colonoscopy. The patient has to fast for the day and not any solid food for 24 hours. So after doing that for a day you cannot wait for 4+ hours. Its excruciating and an insult to the patients. Please find a gastroenterologist somewhere else. There are many other doctors in NYC that value your time and respect the patients. I would give him less than 1 star if I could. Disgusting service.

This doctor does not know how to explain the disease to the patient. I had a bit problem in Endoscopy report, but he said It's ok. But I know it’s not Ok. I have to be careful, should repeat the test after 3 years. He never advised me. Moreover one of relatives having abdominal pain for 3 months, he never advised for USG. Finally my relative diagnosed as Pancreatic cancer. The problem could be diagnosed early. This is the doctor's negligence.

Checked in @8pm with an appointment and doctor came in at 10:15pm. Now @11pm they are skipping line and favoring late comers before. I don’t have words to explain these management. This is the Bronx location, prepare to stay till the morning before coming here.
