Dr. Gopal Narasimhan

Doctor Gopal is the best Gastroenterologist in New York. He take care of his patient with a lot of patience. Also, he care about his patient's like they were his own family.

Worked with dr. Gopal before and also i am a patient of his as well as my husbands family and mine. Best doctor ever. Takes care of his patients as if they were his own family!

This man is one of the best Doctors ever. He will go all out to help his patients. I recommend him 110%, he has taken good care of me and my wife.

Worst place I ever wen. I had an appointment for 4:30 and ended up there by 4:40 due to traffic coming from work. And the lady at the front desk told me that the Doctor left! Within 10 minutes! And they didn’t call me! very unprofessional. The lady on the front desk tried to give me an appointment for a month later! They didn’t care how I was feeling, I explained that I was coming from work and that the traffic was horrible. I left the place because I needed to see a doctor soon.

My appointment was at 10:40 and two hours later when I asked for an update, the receptionist told me Dr. Gopal was and always is about an hour and a half late making all his appointments pushed back. This is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous being that most ppl coming here have been on a liquid diet for at least 24 hours. I am extremely understanding but the fact that the receptionists know he’s always over an hour late and still book appointments for him guarantee a back up of patients and an even more unpleasant visit. Set his appointment hours within the timeframe you know he’ll be there. After my procedure while the nurse was nice, she let me into the waiting area after I watched each nurse only bring the patient out when their pickup person arrived. Thankfully everything was normal bc I will never come here again nor suggest him to anyone like he was unfortunately suggested to me.
