Dr. Matvey Brokhin

Dr Brokhin is high class professional doctor.He is very attentive and nice person who devote his time to his patients. He always take care of his patients and explain all aspects of cure.I have a real pleasure to visit his office and his staff is also very professional. Rita is master in blood drawing.I would recommend this doctor and his office to anyone who really is looking to be healthy.

Dr. Brokhin is a phenomenal physician and human being. I have had about a hundred appointments over the past 10 years and I have had a great experience in every aspect. I did not have to wait in the lobby for long periods of time, nor did I have to wait for the doctor to meet with me. Medical stuff are very accommodating and nice, trying to please every patient. Physitian Assistant Katya listens carefully to my concerns and addressed each of them very thoughtfully. At no point did I feel rushed and I left each appointment feeling better than I arrived.

Doctor Brokhin is highly professional and knowledgeable. His office staff is pleasant and polite despite of being extremely busy because they have to handle huge amount of paperwork ( office is completely paperless). All the documentation is getting scanned to patients charts and is always available upon request. Doctor and his PA Kate writing reports while seeing the patient and handle a patient a report with a detailed treatment plan and list of prescribed medications before patient leaves the office. All upcoming appointments are reminded and coordinated for the patient’s convenience. Doctor takes his time and gives everyone individual explanation of the treatment plan. Will highly recommend this doctor as the best endocrinologist in Brooklyn.

I called in to make an appointment the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I was asking to schedule an appointment she instantly put me on hold which was fine. Then I let her know I was a new patient she started screaming She doesn’t take new patients and hang up

Russian speaking staff of Dr. Brokhin is absolutely unprofessional, incompetent and rude team I have ever witnessed. The office is neat and the doctor is good. However, the team makes your visit a horrible experience. They neglect their responsibilities to make sure all the information, test results and blood work is available for the doctor to view on the time of your appointment. In such case, you will waste your time coming to the office, waiting for 2-3 hours and then they will humiliate you by making you leave without being seen by the doctor. Unprofessional environment! The doctor must be aware what is happening in the office and “I don’t care attitude” of medical team. Inna, for example, a receptionist, apparently the one deciding on who will be seen by the doctor and who will be sent home even if you came on time on your scheduled appointment. There are so many doctors with trained, attentive and professional teams. Don’t waste your time coming to this office. Make the loved ones aware to steer clear from the office of Dr. Matvey Brokhin.
