New patient review: The wait time was long and front desk could use some improvement, but my interaction was Dr. Leonardi was professional, helpful, and productive. I sought her out due to health issues/symptoms I could not identify. She ordered a round of tests and then, during our tele-health follow-up, spent the better part of an hour going through every result to ensure I understood. The Dr. at no point made me feel the need to be worried or embarrassed by my symptoms and though she couldn't provide a definitive diagnosis, she provided a list of resources for me including referrals and a prescription. A lot of doctors in the city seem to rush you in-and-out, but I found this "bedside manner" to be refreshing.

Very long Waiting time. The phone is never fixed, can’t hear well or disconnected. Doctor was good but one of the receptionist was abrupt that bothers most of times. Nothing improved during a few visits, never going back.

She is great but the interest of the patient is very null you are just another one of the many people she sees, she is never ever on time and has you waiting for a very long time. The staff is nice but does not give you enough information you need. She is not the most professional

Awful if I could give zero stars I would. How entitled to let a new patient sit in your hot exam room for 45 mins because you are running late. The staff never came to tell me, she never stopped in to say hello and that she was running late. What’s with doctors? You’re not gods you are in customer service. I’m flabbergasted you would do this to a potential new patient with no apologies. Awful

The medical practice is not the most efficient; long hold times on the phone and the front desk staff are very overwhelmed. The older Hispanic woman seems to enjoy hanging up the phone and gossiping with the other person and the PA. Dr. Leonardi please get new staff and hire quality not warm bodies to fill the seat.
