Dr. Kim her staff and her assistant were excellent took excellent care of my husband got an appointment in one day first time visit and we will be back to follow up and any future ear problems very satisfied.

4 stars because the wait time was ridiculous! Appt was for 6:50pm Doc saw us at 7:40pm, almost an hour later. A courtesy check to let us know why the long wait would've been appreciated. Otherwise, Dr. Kim and her Assistant were very nice and very thorough. Nice office too, very clean!
