I first went to Inxtinct Beauty Med Spa when they had just grand opening. I had never had any form of injectables before and I was very excited but very nervous. Dr. Serge made me feel so comfortable and I never once felt like he was judging me or wanted anything other than for me to feel my best. I fully appreciate him offering the dental block for lip filler as I felt absolutely no pain the entire procedure. It did take a couple visits of troubleshooting (nothing his fault, just how the body works sometimes) and he was so kind through each visit until we got the result I wanted. It's been a year since I had lip filler and I'm still incredibly happy with them! As he has gotten (much) more popular this last year, I just saw him again to get botox for the first time as well. In and out in ten minutes! I truly recommend Dr. Serge to everyone I know, he takes the time to explain everything in detail, makes sure you fully understand the process, makes sure you're comfortable, and most important makes sure you're happy with the results. The second I walked into Derm Artisan I felt a sense of trust and a welcoming energy, Andi was so informative and gentle through out the whole process I hardly felt a thing! My service included Botox focusing a lot on my problem area ( masseter muscle ) helped relax my tense jaw and reduce my teeth grinding while I sleep. With the amazing plus of the facial slimming effect caused by the Botox shrinking the masseter. Love my results!
