This place is my go to Med Spa! It’s a hidden gem in Queens. I go here for my laser hair removal & fillers, Doctor Verma is great at what he does and highly professional. The receptionist Junie, is very sweet and accommodating. 5 stars! ⭐️

Today was my first visit here. And everyone was amazing! Although the doctor was running a little late and there was a problem on their end accepting Groupons, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and went and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Junie, especially was extraordinarily helpful and provided top notch customer service. And her beautiful personality was also such an added bonus to the entire experience. The receptionist was so sweet, extremely professional and also excellent at her job. And the doctor did a wonderful job and provided excellent knowledge as well as a very painless technique. Definitely will be going back, and very happy to find this place that also had easy and plentiful street parking.

I underwent two nose filler treatments, each advertised to last for a year or more. Unfortunately, the filler only lasted for about two months and gradually reverted to its original nose shape. If it had truly lasted the advertised duration, I would have given it five stars, even though it’s a temporary fix. Considering the cost of $400 per visit for a mere two to two and a half months of improvement, it’s not really worth it.

Overall I'm not satisfied and I wish I could get my money back. I made an appointment at 3:10, I didn't get seen until close to 5pm. I received PRP treatment for my sunken in under eyes and two weeks later my eyes look exactly the same. I'm not sure how they got 5 stars for all their reviews. Chances are they deleted some.
