I'm really disappointed by the results, the service delivery, and the lack of responsiveness of the staff.
I'm in my first appointment, Nicole was caring, kind, and warm, but the results she provided from botox were not what we discussed. When I returned for a touch up, I saw Dr Tal, who was very rushed with me, and she admitted that Nicole had errored and not given me correct information about how many units I would need, and correct placement, etc. They also last minute cancelled one of my appointments, and at another appointment, once I had arrived for a touch up, was told that the clinician had already moved on to another client, so I had to schedule a new appointment. It was very unprofessional, and waste of time in going to the location.
In both of my sessions, I felt like the clinician was trying to sneakily get me to pay for more that I wanted to without consent. For example, during my first session, I agreed to an extra 3 units, but after she injected me, she told me it was three units per side. Then, at the touch up appointment was supposed to include 4 free units, but she told me I would need over 20 more units " fix my face" and that she'd give me a discount of $150 . This was after a detailed consultation, where they told me I definitely wouldn't need more than 19 units in total. Ultimately, they didn't make me pay for their mistake, but they also didn't provide quality service throughout, and they didn't fix my brows, and now, one is higher then the other, they are both spocked, and the results are just bad. I have been trying to get Rejuvamed on the phone and via text message for almost a week, with no response. They offer a good deal, but the service delivery and results are really, really bad.
