I was new to this doctor, my experience was that the receptionists were not professional and one was kind of rude, however, Dr Liu was very caring and knowledgeable. She wanted you to do all kinds of tests and go to all the specialists as well as as your prior Drs to get reports. The Assistant Lucy was also nice, but I don’t feel comfortable with the receptionists and the location is inconvenient for me. I found another great Dr in Elmhurst with a great receptionist. That’s why I change the doctor.

Do you ever need to pay a copay for immunization? They are unashamed to ask you for that, or you don't get your immunization. The receptionists are rude, while you are asking a question or talking to them, they are on the phone, chatting on their without looking at you, don't know how to treat patients good. and worse, bad mouthing right in front of you, talking on their own like you weren't there, the only time they will pay attention to you is your copay.

I should give it a 0! I took regular physical exam with a blood work. I even asked them if it was necessary to get a fax of my medical history from previous doctor. After a few weeks the office and lab mail me a bill for over 2000 dollar. I m so mad. I'm not going to pay and this is not the end of the stupid problem. over all It was a terrible physical exam. untrusted place not worth your time.

Worst place to go! 2 hours+ waiting time. She loves to gossip with patients, She came out after 1 hour with one patient. They love to lick Korean patient's Ass! Very loud feels like you walked into a flea market! Feels like your in KOREA! Don't waste your time here.
