I had some hearing issues that were quite worrisome. Dr. Zhenqing Brett Wu's office (Esther) squeezed me in for same day appointment. Wait time was great. Dr. Wu was extremely professional, thorough and explained in depth the possibilities with me. I know how difficult it is to talk through a N-95 mask- but he stayed the course and explained thoroughly my situation and workup. He referred me to audiologist upstairs (Oriental K) and I was able to get audiology test ASAP. Overall, I saw Dr. Wu and had hearing test within 2 hours. And I made the appointment today and got that expedient same day service!
Beyond impressed with the quality of care and efficiency of care delivered. I highly recommend this practice for all your ENT needs. It's no surprise this place is the #1 highest rated google place in Flushing!

Wow. What an experience of courtesy and professionalism from the time I entered to the time I left. The doctor was pleasant and very informative about my diagnosis and treatment. One advice is to not arrive too early for your appointment otherwise you will be asked to come back on time. Also very clean and modern office with medical assistants who seemed to be well trained. 10 stars ⭐️ if I could.

My 8 year old son had difficulty hearing and we brought him to see Dr Wu. I was concerned that my boy won’t even let the doctor examine him. Dr Wu was knowledgeable and warm that he really calmed my child down. He was incredibly patient and spent almost an hour examining him and clearing out his ears. What a difference it made to his hearing!
We would highly recommend him to any of our friends.

The negative reviews about the receptionist are all true, and she stays the same if it's the only person. I was recommended by my doc and just called to schedule an appt and ask about insurance. She was rude, impolite, indifferent, and as soon as she knew they didn't accept my insurance, she hung up without even letting me finish my "ok thank you." I don't know about how they manage the doctor's schedule and patient wait time, but if the doc's a good and professional one, really recommend you to replace your receptionist. I wish I could give 0 star for her bad attitude.

Avoid this office if you have a tide schedule . The Office is way over booked. They book appointment only 10 minutes apart. If you include the time Dr Wu review the docs , you will end up about 5-6 mins with the him. I had a 1:10pm appointment . I arrived 10min before my appointment and was sitting in the waiting area for one hour before I was admin by a NP. I understand the doctor would like to maximize the profit by seen as many people as possible but one hour of waiting time for a 5 minute visit is too long
