Excellent Doctor....

Location office at 17933 90th Avenue Jamaica, NY. Staff don't wear face masks. No Appointments. All Walk Ins. Not practicing Social Distancing. On my first time here they did Blood Test. Marissa, the nurse was trying to get my blood. She had a hard time to do it. She tried for the third time but I told her the needle is already painful and told her tot stop. She didn't. She insisted. The next day I got fever from the pain. I wasn't able to go to work for 3 days because of that. It's almost cost me my job during the pandemic. Now, the facility itself also I don't like. So many stuff everywhere. Not so organize. The patients bed looks old and not only that. They put stuff over it to the point even the patient can't use it. There pantry isn't seperated from the patients room. I had sonogram at that place. It was a very small room next to the patients bed is a fridge, microwave, food. etc. Lastly, I asked for a referral order for the procedure I'm asking. They told me to wait for it. They're gonna print it out soon. Waited for almost an hour. Nothing yet. Went to the reception and ask where is my request. She told me, did you write your name on the paper. I told her No. She told me. You shoud have written your name. I told her back. I didn't know coz' the doctor told he's gonna do it and asked me to wait. So I waited. She answered me with an attitude and I just left without my referral and didn't say a word. I didn't eat anything that day yet. Coz' I was suppose to get a procedure but they denied it coz' I got a wrong referral note order. I wasn't really fully recovered from the fever I had from the blood test. Never gonna go back at this place.

Jackson Heights office is closed when it says open online. Phone number is not in service. The place (outside) looks abandoned.

I came to consult a doctor not a medical assistant or student. No appoinment just walk-in because their phone is not working. very small room. it doesn't look like a clinic.never again. first time last time.
