It makes no sense to come at the appointed time, you will wait in any case from 2 hours or more. After that, you will wait 30 minutes in an empty office, if you come to an appointment for the first time, then you will still have to take tests for at least 30 minutes. Well, the doctors themselves are "ultra professionals". There was redness on the skin, they suggested circumcision if their ointment did not help, the most interesting thing was that I did not use their ointment, everything went away by itself the next day. They prefer to cut off, instead of treating, why strain your head to think. 🤣 As I wrote above, it makes no sense to come at your own time, and perhaps you shouldn’t come here at all, don’t waste your time)

Very disappointed! Absolutely unprofessional- staff and doctor! Appointment for my husband was made three weeks in advanced and rescheduled by office for a week later. Did not see dr Chalik because had bad experience in 2019 - very long wait, very short exam and prescription, that my husband is ALERGIC TO , that was mentioned in his chart. But receptionist convinced to try him again as he is a good specialist. NO, IT DIDNT WORK AGAIN- over an hour wait without any explanation and as i was told later only two patients in schedule, Dr. Chalik in his office on the phone again. As we had another appointment, we had to leave without even getting to see doctor. THEY CARE LESS ABOUT PATIENTS AND BUSINESS ( that’s how i see it as a patient) If your time and nervous system is important to you, look for another doctor

Visited this office several times. Very unprofessional! The doctor is always late. His workers are all unpleasant, never apologies or offers a reason for his latenesses. They're always over booked. Patients are often standing for long periods of a time. Would not recommend this place!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Me, my husband and sister went to Dr. Chalik, but NEVER AGAIN! It changed for the worst and probably because of those they hired who cannot do their job properly. Three hours for a sono and to see the Dr. two weeks ago and during a pandemic. Today, waiting room full of patients, no social distancing, some not wearing masks, and extremely long wait times. NOT EXCEPTABLE! I was very fond of Dr. Chalik but his office is ran so poorly! Wasted my entire day waiting around for a procedure that was never done and put ourselves in harms way in an over crowded waiting area consisting of some wearing no masks. Called from outside, was told to come in and would be heading straight to the procedure room, but that never happened. Other Dr. offices check your temperature as soon as you walk in, make sure you’re wearing a mask and even ask you to use their hand sanitizer. Oh well, time to find another Urologist.
