Dr. Yi Ngai

Dr. Yi Ngai is very professional and extremely kind. She really cares about her patients and wants the best for them. I had a great experience at her practice.

Very nice and knowledgeable doc, but there’s a green haired receptionist was super rude.

1 Star for the doctor; because the doctor is okay. Just like everyone else is stated; the front desk is really difficult to deal with. They always have these "I really can care less" attitude with them. When you ask to speak with the doctor, it's always " I will ask on your behalf for the doctor." I feel like I go there wasting most of my time trying to get help from the front desk. Ngai Yi is/was my family doctor for quite some time now; I never have had problem until these front desk works there. Suddenly customer service went totally down, efficiency is not even there... I hate to say it but recounting all the experience back and forth, unless these front desk has a change of attitude or gets replaced, I don't think i can confide my health in them any time soon.

The doctor was okay, but the front desk( one woman who was wearing black glasses) was super rude! I spoke and asked questions very nicely. But she was impatient and yelled at me every time! This is not RESPECTFUL AT ALL TO YOUR PATIENTS AND RUINING THE REPUTATION OF THIS DOCTOR! I’m definitely gonna change my family doctor. NOT RECOMMENDED! !

This clinic is the worse. They give out appointments and take you legit 3 hours later. I have to go up to the counter like 3 times to ask them to take my mother in then they take you in and make you wait another hour in the room inside. The doctor then just talks to u for 15 mins and that's it. It's terrible and makes the experience of going to the doc difficult.
