Dr. Yelena Mazurskaya

Went to this facility with severe knee pain. When I was called to the window, I greeted the young lady, who never responded, but continued her conversation with a gentleman in the lobby. She then asked for my name, I told her it was my 1st time and gave her my ID and insurance. I was then told I need to change my pcp to see a Dr at this facility. Another nurse comes from the back, and in a not so nice way says. "We don't do walkins, and this is not an Urgent Care facility." I'm very big on customer service and if I could I would give half a star. I will never visit this location again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I was told by my friend whose a ped Dr. That there are a few good Drs at this location. If reception is as unfriendly as they were today. Chances are patients will not want to go any further than the front desk. I know I didn't.
