Dr. K was extremely through, understanding, caring and gentle. The nurse, I'm afraid I forgot her name was also really helpful, sweet and compassionate. It's nice to see how caring they are for their patients.

I am so pleased to say that my visit went really well. Excellent Doctor that doesn't rushes, she asked me questions that were important for her to determine how to best help me with my symptoms, and what's more important is that she listened carefully and has amazing bed manners. Both her and her assistant are extremely professional and efficient.

Dr. Kopyltsova was genuinely concerned for my well-being from start to finish. She gave me all of the facts and options while completely leaving the decision up to me. Usually, doctors are rushing you out the door and don't take the time to even listen to you, but that was not the case at all for this doctor. She was extremely helpful and guided me through all of my options and supported me completely. She ordered all the tests necessary to come up with a solution at that moment and was very empathetic to my health issues. Great doctor, great experience overall, I wish all my doctors were like Dr. Kopyltsova. Thank you!

By far one of the best doctor’s office experiences I’ve ever had. The girls at reception were super attentive and welcoming, the nurses were great at explaining each procedure and how to work with my insurance company, and Dr. Kopyltsova was incredibly warm and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I felt at ease during my entire appointment. I’m so excited to finally have an allergist that I love.
