Dr. Schuster is amazing doctor. I am blessed to have him as my doctor. I have delivered my baby at Coney island hospital, and it was a very good experience. He is polite, honest and straight to the point and truly appreciate that. Forever grateful! Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable caring doctor, great communication with patients, follow ups. If you have a chance, it's better to make an appointment in morning hours rather then evening hours. In the evenings the office is busy, like any good doctor's office, but it's absolutely worth it to wait.

Why is it so hard to pick up the phone during working hours and be kind to the patients? You loosing so much new clients because of your manners. Doctor is great but staff members need training to follow good customer service rules!

The worst wait time ever. Have been coming to this office for several years, the doctor is attentative but never sees you at your appointed time. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, after waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half, i got up and told the staff that I was leaving. No one cared that they just lost a patient. Would not recommend this office if you value your time.

As a Doctor he is amazing but his assistant is rude and very unprofessional. The front desk is disgusting. They do no accept card and take only cash. Impossible to get your records from the office. Apparently everything has to be done with Doctors permission even if you only trying to get your own medical records. Very sad you can't rate doctor separate from his staff. He should definitely consider changing his office and the rude and very unprofessional assistant.
