Dr. Yan Sun

The front desk reception is so nice and incredibly bilingual with Chinese and English. Dr Sun is such a kind, experienced, caring doctor as well. Dr. Sun performed my ankle arthroscopy which alleviated about 70% of my pain in a very short 20 minute surgery. In the back is Dr. Yi's physical therapy center which is open 6 days a week too which is super convenient. The therapist there are really sweet and give great massages. Dr. Yi guides you through the physical rehabilitation at the perfect pace. I would personally refer any of my family and friends I really care about to here!

I was referred to Dr. Sun for severe shoulder and arm pain. My visit with Dr. Sun lasted about 4 minutes. He viewed my x-ray on the cd that I brought with me, told me my bones looked fine, and then sent me away with a referral for a pain management doctor down the street. He did not even bother to get up from his desk to examine me. I paid a co-pay to see this doctor and took time off of work to sit in the waiting room - to no avail. I am still in severe pain. I do not recommend this doctor.

I can't say much about him as I was in his office less than 5 minutes. They never took any background info or anything. He just wrote out a prescription so that I could see a Pain Mgmt. doctor. I looked that doctor up and no one gave him more than 2 stars. Needless to say, I'm going to another orthopedist.
