Made an telehealth appt for 12/23. Doctor never called me. Call 12/24 to find out what happened. Get told the doctor called and I'm lying. But it's okay because I can come in for an appointment! No thank you. During these COVID times, and knowing I have a history of heart attacks, respectfully, you're out of your mind. I can either choose between leaving my house at 7 am to travel there for an in person appointment or I can wait until later for an telehealth appointment. That's something all medical centers are made to be doing right now, so I'm confused why my 'in person' appointment' cannot be over telehealth when the original appointment was. I sat at my computer for 5 hours waiting for this appointment. I have several voicemails from reception reminding me of the appointment and telling me the doctor will call at 1:30 but "he might be early, he might be late". You can call and harass me for reminders but can't bother to call me for the actual appointment? Definition of money hungry. I was only going to come here because my doc is friends with him. There's so many gastros, that I really don't need to waste my time with such a toxic place. I'm baffled why you would call me a liar when I have the phone records to back it up. I am more than willing to take this to court for the simple fact of I don't appreciate being called a liar and to prove my innocence in this situation. So let me know what you wanna do, because I'm certain you'll call me about this review, but not to apologize for being wrong. Any phone calls from your office will be recorded and saved. Thank you for not letting me see the doctor when I needed it. I now know not to waste my time with this unprofessional facility and not get the help I needed. I can't wait to make an appointment with a doctor who listens to me, cares enough to show up for work, understand they're being paid for a reason, and values me as a patient. I would have been a long term client with my gluten allergy that's gotten worse. Less money for the lazy.
