Dr. Xiaojun Guo

I gotta give Dr Guo credit. Well bedside manners and very thorough. He took an hour and half to go over my records to help me understand what other doctor didnt explain to me. I highly recommend him. Seem like a great person.

Dr Guo is very patient and caring. the office is very clean.

Though the doctor speaks English, his receptionist doesn’t really. She speaks very unclearly and too soft. I can barely understand her. She sounds like she just woke up from a dream. If you cannot speak Chinese, I don’t recommend calling them. Bedside manner can seem rude and the receptionists seems like they don’t care or don’t understand what’s going on. A ten minute call back just to try to tell me I need a “transfer” to the great neck clinic for an ultrasound. It was like playing charades on the phone.

I could give 0 if there was one. Really don't know how he got his doctor certificate. Know nothing about the medical.
