Dr. William Lackey is an amazing dr. I went with shoulder pain i knew it was something because i played sports my whole life. I knew it was not general soreness. His nurse seen me the first day and explained what it could be. They needed an MRI. I went for one and of course i had a labrum tear and a rotator cuff inpingment. Well Dr lackey explained everything and had me in surgery 2 weeks later. Surgery was a success. He told me everything he was going to do and explained why. I am now 4 days after my surgery. My arm feels great besides a little discomfort because of the surgery and 4 incisions on my arm. I have full movement of my arm and it feels great. I mean i hope i dont tear anything else but if i do i have to say with Dr. Lackey i will not have anymore worries because he is a fantastic dr. Ialso want to thank his nurses and staff especially Samantha who works at the desk. She is so knowledgable and friendly. This is a great office to deal with and from the 1st day going the whole staff made me feel comfortable. You will not go wrong using Dr. LACKEY.

This place is insane. I had to reschedule my original appointment but I called ro make a new appointment for the following week. My appointment time was 4:00 pm, I arrived at 3:45 pm. I was not seen until 5:30 by the Physicians Assistant. The positive PA Lydjia* (spelling) was an absolute doll. Kind, knowledgeable, 10/10 bedside manner. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan. The office staff while generally friendly are very blasé about the wait time. It’s evident they overbook appointments. As much as I liked her bedside manner I can’t continue with this facility as its clear (from the frustrated people in the waiting room)they consistently have no regard for people’s time.

This was my second visit to this office . I wasnt happy the first time because of massive paperwork delays, multiple phone calls to get my documents done/faxed, etc. I didnt write any reviews back then, because I always feel bad doing that, but this time was too upsetting to just ignore it. I waited almost two hours to be seen. After they finally called me in, dr Lackey was too busy to see me. I heard him giving the instructions to PA on what I should do. I came to see you , not your PA ( even though she was very nice and attentive ). She tried to get him to come in several times, and I heard him getting annoyed. Finally he came in , all irritated , spent literally 3 mins with me and left. I guess if you are not on a stretcher with all your extremities broken, and only have a stress fracture, you dont deserve his time.

Terrible experience. I don’t live near this Dr. I just went to see this Dr. because I was able to schedule it on the same day. The office looks awful and dirty. I waited almost 2 hours to be called. Dr. Lackey wasn’t able to see me, instead I saw a PA. I guess Dr Lackey was busy. I paid to see a MD (Dr. William Lackey) not a PA. One word: Unprofessional!! I don’t recommend this Dr.

I have been to this office 3 times and still havent seen the doctor- only the PA who isnt very knowledgeable. The PA openly talks about her patients condescendingly. She also wouldnt fill out my work restriction paperwork or tell me what i should and shouldnt do. Instead she asked me if i wanted to do those certain tasks at work. Everytime I have an appointment I have been in the waiting room for 2+ hours despite arriving early. The PA decided I should go to physical therapy to remedy the back issues I have but its been over a month and they STILL havent submitted the paperwork to my workers comp representative to get my approval. Ive been calling daily and getting transferred to receptionists that dont answer the phone. Save your time and aggravation and find a doctor who actually wants to care for their patients. Incompetent!!!
