Dr Chan treated my father with dignity, respect and compassion. He answered all our questions, explained the procedure in detail and saw him in the hospital ASAP. He did a great job relieving my dads pain. He always says "Dr. Chan is a Blessing and is what all doctors should be." He tells it like it is, goes over every possible option, shows tremendous confidence in his abilities and is extremely professional. We are very fortunate to have found this Blessing.

Dr. Wallen Chan is great. He answers all your questions and is thorough. He knows his work! And helped me with my health issue right away. His office hours are good and the wait time is short. There is a parking lot on site. It is never crowded. The receptionist are also nice and helpful.

Dr. Chan is true definition of a doctor for courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. He answers all your questions and explains your options what may be. He personally calls and follows up on your results. One of his staff member might be rough around the edges but worth dealing with to see Dr Chan. I hope Highly recommend him as GI

The best GI Doctor, Love him dearly but his staff needs to learn how to speak to the people. They are nasty and rude. They need to be more kind to the patients. Speak like a human have a heart with the patients. Whether on the phone or in person they are terrible. Do the doctors see or hear them?

I love Dr. Chan, however the staff needs to be re-educated on how to speak to people on the phone. I was placed on hold not once, twice, three times and disconnected once. As I am speaking and trying to obtain information I said "please don't transfer me" and in the middle of me speaking she transfers me. I finally got someone who asked me not once but three times my name, and birth date. I was rudely asked why do I come there if I think this place is crazy because of the doctor. I felt like they were speaking to me and I was an old person that did not understand. I am an educated 65 year old working woman, that could teach them a thing or two. Very dissatisfied with the office staff.
