Clean and cute office. Was seen within 10 mins of completing the new patient Form. The front desk staff was very polite and respectful. Dr. Li was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, great experience, and I would come back again for any gyno issues! :) Edit: (update) I have been seeing Dr. Li for almost a month for an issue and she has been amazingly helpful. She's so kind and easy to talk to, and you can tell she cares about her patients and want what's best.

She is the best, I moved to Queens 4yrs ago and I still come all the way to Brooklyn just to see her. Her office is very clean, very professional. I hate waiting for 30min up to 1hr to be seen and here is very fast I don't wait more than 10min.

I started to go to Dr. Li when I found I was pregnant last year. I have visited this clinic so many times during my pregnancy. Although we moved away in the second half of my pregnancy, I still travel 1 hour to this doctor. The clinic is very clean, with shiny floor tiles and a spacious bathroom. There might be a short wait, but the seats are comfortable and they provide pregnancy books to read. Their staff will always call me 2 days in advance to remind me of the appointment. Dr. Li is very gentle when she performs the exams. She is always on the cautious side and refers you to a specialist when you have a medical history. She once prescribed me an expensive prenatal vitamin that my insurance doesn’t cover. The prescription and pharmacy system is so complicated, I guess it is hard for her to know the different price of all the medications in different pharmacy. Cheap over the counter choices are always available. Dr. Li helped me to deliver a healthy baby in NYU Brooklyn hospital. The environment and staff in the OB department is great, but the NICU is a slightly different story. Do get your own lactation consultant if you are a first time mom.

I'm not a patient with Dr. Li yet but I can tell she's an amazing and caring physician, so I will be going to her once I'm pregnant. This all started bc my last obgyn is money-hungry and doesn't care for me and wants office visit for every minor thing. My last obgyn started a fertility workup for me and I was told that all the testing was normal. Since I don't have insurance and consultation fee is expensive, I don't want to go in for consultation if there's nothing that can be done for me. I called the office to ask if there's a treatment plan for me since my test are all normal. They won't answer and told me that I need an office visit to discuss. Again, I wasn't planning to go in if the visit will be "all tests are normal, there's nothing that can be done." But if they were to tell me there's a treatment plan for me, I would have immediately scheduled an appointment. There's several other mishaps that made me leave the last obgyn. Throughout my time with my last obgyn, she would never talk to me on the phone to answer simple questions, the staff is trained to tell me I need to schedule a visit with the doctor for everything. On the other hand, Dr. Li spent at least 5 min on the phone with me even though I wasn't yet her patient - whereas I could not get my last doctor on the phone at all! I told Dr. Li that all my tests were normal and she advised me to see a fertility specialist. I offered to schedule an appointment to look through my tests results with her, but she is honest and said she doesn't want to waste my time or money knowing that everything is normal and that the next step is the fertility specialist. Again, she could have made easy money from my visit like my last obgyn had wanted to, but she had my best interest in mind and told me my next step is not with her but with a specialist - and with this, I admire Dr. Li greatly.

She delivered my baby girl and she is very professional. If you are a walk in you probably wont wait that long. The appointments are on time. She is definitely not money hungry like other doctors. If you have paper work that needs to be filled from employer, she doesnt give you a hard time. This doctor is legit and great doctor.
