The very worst EXCUSE for a Dr. I was his patient for 6 months he never ever touched me not even 1 time. He yells at you like we're children but he want to see you every 2 weeks to milk your insurance then give you referrals for whatever ailments you may have I'm 54 years old and never had a worse Dr.

Extremely bizarre doctor. When describing a medical issue "Dr." Kozhinskiy replies, "What would you like me to do about this?" Stay away and search elsewhere if you want a COMPETENT doctor with expertise and appropriate bedside manner.

One of those Russians, who just charges your insurance but too lazy to work. He gave us no single answer, no evaluation, basically nothing. Works just so you get lost real quick
