A very good diagnostic dr. Found my cancer early enough to save my life, also found my heart problems years before problems came. Simply great

Dr Gabay has been my doctor for over 20 years and he and his office team are the best! He works quickly and very efficiently. He does many tests right in his office which is convenient! I highly recommend Dr Gabay!!!

Pleasant office staff & very pleasant mannered doctor. However, I feel that with certain insurances, this office over tests and over bills in order to make up for low payments. I referred other family members to this office after my pleasant experience, and everyone was shocked by the type of in-office specialty tests they were being asked to return for, myself included - safe to say we were cleared of any health issues those tests were for. Plus the doctor doesn't take enough interest in following up with these tests - so it's not a matter of being extra attentive and careful - it's really just to bill through, otherwise you'd get a call to say all of those concerning and unusual tests, were clear - right? There's no follow up and there's no active engagement in your health in general. This is not the place that will catch a health issue before it becomes serious or leave you feeling well covered and cared for. But if you're not looking for an actively engaged practioner- this place is fine to go to, pleasant.

Absolute worst experience in my life. They are extremely greedy and will milk your insurance for everything. There should have been no co-pay for my annual well-visit but I ended up receiving a bill from Quest Diagnostics. I called them TWICE to resolve this issue but the secretary on the phone is extremely nasty and unprofessional. I called Quest Diagnostics myself and they told me that they never received a correspondence in regards to my bill and this was months ago. The secretary are the worst people in my entire life that I ever had to deal with and they desperately need a course on professional courtesy because they are working in the wrong field with that kind of attitude. I work in healthcare so I know how to treat and respect my patients but these people clearly do not. It is a shame because Dr. Gabay is actually a pretty decent doctor to work with but I will not be returning because of their greedy insurance habits and rude staff. In addition, the office and equipment is old, rundown, and dingy. I feel like I'm in a doctor's office from the 80's. When you go to the bathroom to give them your urine sample, you will see 10 other containers with other peoples urine's and some of bottles are unopened! Are you serious right now? Another shady thing that I have noticed is that they tend to change their phone numbers every so often making it a nuisance to get in touch with the office because you have to keep checking for their new phone number on google.

The front desk ladies provide the worst service. They are doing their nails, talking about which guy is hot, playing on their cell phones all day. I don't know why they deserve the jobs... :) Dr. Gabay is amazing, but the front desk is terrible.
