my mom was supposed to get a procedure done and the day before the procedure they tell us the insurance don’t cover it, when they send her to get (2) CT Scans before the procedure, so in that time they couldn’t tell us the story about the insurance instead of making us waste our time.

I turned to Dr. Vitaly Raykhman but received no help. I just passed tests and analyzes, the doctor only looked at his computer and there was no sense. I have EmbemHealth insurance, but the doctor sees little and the office sends additional bills, although I paid all the fees for the visit. I am very dissatisfied with the service. We had to wait more than 1 hour for each meeting. I do not recommend this doctor. We are waiting for a visit for more than an hour and the visit lasts 3-5 minutes. This doctor is only interested in money and not people's health.

I an absolutely disgusted and appalled by Dr. Vitaly Raykhman! My 74 year old grandmother went in for her first appointment and while she was explaining her situation and he told her to shut up! Extremely rude and disgusting to treat an elderly person like that. He then proceeds to prescribe her medication that she is allergic too and could kill her if she drank it. I have never seem such incompetence in a medical doctor and such distain towards patients.
